• Drive product and clinical experience, shaping the member journey and improving decision quality

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product, strategy, operations, or general management
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a product or business area with measurable impact
• Strong experience in building and scaling new products or initiatives
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven products or systems
• Experience in healthcare ecosystems is preferred
