Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in a virtual environment, the full-time General Manager will oversee shop performance, manage production flow, and support team development while ensuring revenue goals and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shop operations from vehicle intake to delivery, ensuring high throughput and quality
• Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and monitor production goals and standards
• Lead team acquisition, coaching, and development to enhance performance and growth opportunities

Required qualifications

• High-level knowledge of the collision industry and insurance procedures
• Proficient in estimating software, specifically CCC ONE Total Repair Software
• Valid driver's license required
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to lead collaboratively and meet deadlines
