Key responsibilities

• Manage shop operations from vehicle intake to delivery, ensuring high throughput and quality
• Assign repair jobs to technicians and monitor production goals to meet delivery requirements
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members, providing performance feedback and support

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of the collision industry and insurance procedures for various carriers
• Proficient in estimating software, specifically CCC ONE Total Repair Software
• Valid driver's license required
• Aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate to achieve shared objectives
