Job Summary

To drive profitable growth and operational excellence, the full-time salaried General Manager, Access Operations will own P&L responsibilities, develop scalable growth strategies, and lead day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance and optimizing subscriber membership models.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization
• Develop and execute a growth strategy to enhance subscriber membership and retention
• Lead day-to-day operations, establishing KPIs tied to subscriber performance and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in subscription software or B2B2C models
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L or business unit economics in a growth-oriented, investor-backed setting
• Strong experience managing subscriber or membership-based business models
• MBA or advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Proven ability to scale teams, processes, and systems while maintaining operational discipline
