General Manager, Access Operations

Job Summary

To drive profitable growth and operational scale, the full-time salaried General Manager, Access Operations will manage P&L responsibilities, optimize healthcare access workflows, and enhance subscriber membership models in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization
• Develop and execute scalable growth strategies to enhance subscriber membership and retention
• Lead day-to-day operations while establishing KPIs tied to membership performance and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in subscription software or B2B2C models
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L or business unit economics in a growth-oriented, investor-backed setting
• Strong experience managing subscriber or membership-based business models, including retention and churn
• Background in patient access platforms, revenue cycle, or digital health membership models
• MBA or advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
