Job Summary
To lead a new AI product line, the full-time General Manager, AI Business Unit will define the go-to-market strategy, manage product sales and marketing, and oversee the commercial outcomes of the unit while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product sales, marketing, and pricing for the business unit, including team management
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the new enterprise AI product line
- Recruit, structure, and lead the business unit team while aligning the product roadmap with commercial demand
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with direct ownership of commercial targets in healthcare or life sciences software
- Proven track record of launching products from zero to one and scaling them commercially
- Experience closing enterprise deals exceeding $300k
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a commercial team and product-led growth strategies
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
