Job Summary

As the full-time General Manager, Clear Aligners, this remote position will own the end-to-end management of the Clear Aligners business, focusing on growth strategy, P&L management, and product development to establish market leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to gather insights that drive strategic decisions and product roadmaps
  • Define and implement growth strategies, optimizing marketing funnels and pricing for competitive advantage
  • Manage the full P&L for Clear Aligners, setting budget goals and resolving operational bottlenecks
Required qualifications
  • 7-12 years of experience in strategy, growth/GTM, or general management roles, with experience in high-growth startups and analytical environments
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading GTM motions
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to craft compelling sales narratives and close enterprise deals
  • Structured thinker capable of balancing strategic planning with detailed operational metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively
