General Manager, Consumer & Payments

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager - Head of Consumer & Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end consumer business, including vision, strategy, execution, and performance
• Lead the roadmap for consumer-facing products, including payments, lending, and post-purchase experiences
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while influencing strategy beyond the consumer organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consumer fintech, payments, or financial services
• Proven experience as a GM or head of a major product line
• Deep knowledge of payments ecosystems, including cards and networks
• Track record of building and scaling consumer products with significant user bases
• Experience implementing AI and ML solutions in large-scale consumer products
