General Manager Corporate Card

Job Summary

Owning the P&L for the Corporate Card division, the full-time General Manager Corporate Card will manage revenue, costs, and growth while overseeing sales, account setup, and account management functions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full funnel from sales to account management, ensuring smooth handoffs and performance tracking
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, and target segments
• Hire, coach, and hold accountable the leaders of three key functions, driving their performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial leadership with P&L or revenue ownership experience
• Proven experience in managing managers and building high-performing teams
• Background in payments, spend management, corporate cards, or commercial banking
• Strong numerical skills with the ability to construct and defend P&L models
• Experience creating go-to-market strategies rather than inheriting them
