Seeking an experienced General Manager, Denmark, who will develop and execute the country strategy, manage sales and customer delivery, and build a high-performing team in a full-time remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country strategy, including sales targets and KPI setting
• Lead interactions with top strategic accounts and design the optimal sales pipeline
• Hire and build the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in leadership roles and complex project management
• Background in consulting and sales, with expertise in deploying technical products to enterprises
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
• Owner mentality with a hands-on approach to achieving results
• Native speaker of the local language
