Job Summary

Driving predictable revenue growth and operating performance, the full-time remote General Manager, Developer Tools will lead a multi-product business by integrating software sales, professional services, and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage business performance, including revenue growth, gross margin, and forecast accuracy
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy across direct and partner-assisted sales channels while leading revenue planning and sales productivity initiatives
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align market signals with business strategies and build executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software with significant senior leadership experience in revenue, sales, or GM roles
  • Demonstrated analytical and financial acumen, including ownership of a P&L and understanding of SaaS and services unit economics
  • Proven experience leading and scaling professional services teams in a software business
  • Track record of integrating services into go-to-market motions to drive software growth
  • High bias for action, comfortable operating in ambiguous, performance-driven environments
