General Manager, Form Leads

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager, Form Leads to build, launch, and scale a new business division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive three-year strategy and manage the full P&L for the form leads division
• Build and manage a high-quality publisher network and establish relationships with key buyers
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance team dedicated to form lead operations and compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in performance marketing or lead generation, with experience scaling a form leads business
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and strategic decision-making in high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of the form leads ecosystem, including publisher management and compliance regulations
• Strong professional network across supply and demand sides of the form leads industry
• Experience in a matrixed or shared services environment is highly desirable
