General Manager - Indonesia

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager in the Education Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own growth targets and improve funnel performance for student enrollment and revenue
• Manage operations to ensure a premium parent experience and maintain the operating system
• Lead and scale the local team while ensuring high teaching quality and effective class management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (Master's is a bonus)
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with ownership of growth, operations, or P&L
• Strong commercial instincts with experience in managing conversion funnels and execution
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong working proficiency in English
• Based in Jakarta or able to be in Jakarta regularly
