Job Summary

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and KPI setting
• Lead interactions with top strategic accounts to achieve ambitious sales targets
• Hire and manage the founding country team for sales and implementations

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and complex projects
• Background in consulting and sales
• Deep expertise in deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
• Native speaker of the local language
