Job Summary

As the commercial leader of the Keepr product family, the full-time General Manager will manage demand generation, revenue growth, and customer experience while working remotely and optimizing product strategies and market launches.

Key responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product innovation strategy and roadmap, supporting overall brand strategy
  • Grow customer lifetime value through subscriptions and new services while managing forecasting and cost management
  • Lead development activities from conceptualization to launch, ensuring all support materials are created for successful product introductions
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in General Management or New Product launch within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and achieving product market fit
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and cultivate talent across functional areas
  • Expertise in scaling innovative consumer brands and establishing strong brand identity
  • Ability to build and manage annual operating and investment budgets while tracking key performance indicators
