Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the MD & IoT business line, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and driving sustainable growth
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer growth while coaching the sales team
• Establish an operating model for field services and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance delivery and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in sales-driven organizations with P&L ownership
• Proven success in leading and scaling B2B sales teams, preferably in tech-enabled or IoT sectors
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
• Background in agriculture, environmental technologies, or hardware/software services is a strong asset
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment with evolving customer and market needs
