Job Summary

Owning the full P&L for new product lines, the remote General Manager, New Business will drive go-to-market execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational build-out to enhance Rugiet's emerging offerings in the telemedicine sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee full P&L ownership for new product lines, ensuring revenue growth and margin optimization
  • Lead go-to-market execution, including launch planning, channel strategy, and pricing across new product lines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve launch milestones and operational readiness for each new product
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of operating experience, with at least 3 years owning a P&L in a high-growth DTC or consumer health business
  • Proven track record of launching new products or business lines from inception to market
  • Deep cross-functional operating experience with accountability for outcomes across teams
  • Strong commercial instincts with a solid understanding of unit economics and margin structures
  • Experience navigating regulated industries, particularly in telehealth or prescription products
