General Manager of Cards
Job Summary
Owning the Cards business end-to-end, the full-time remote General Manager of Cards will manage strategy, P&L, product development, and team delivery while focusing on customer engagement and profitability.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire card product lifecycle, including strategy, P&L, and customer journey
- Manage relationships with card infrastructure providers and negotiate commercial terms
- Lead the engineering team to ensure effective execution and delivery of card-related initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Strong end-to-end experience with card products and infrastructure
- Proven experience launching or scaling a card program
- Solid understanding of card unit economics and customer profitability
- Experience negotiating with card providers and managing external dependencies
- Background in fintech, neobanking, payments, or related fields is highly relevant
