Job Summary
Owning the Custody & Compliance business line, the full-time remote General Manager of Custody & Compliance will manage strategy, product roadmap, and operational execution while ensuring safe and efficient customer fund movement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and business results for Custody & Compliance
- Improve customer onboarding and money movement processes while balancing risk prevention and user experience
- Lead a dedicated engineering team to ensure effective delivery and operational compliance processes
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in crypto custody, payments, KYC/AML, or related financial infrastructure
- Experience owning custody and compliance processes in a crypto exchange, wallet, or similar environment
- Practical experience with platforms such as Fireblocks, Copper, or BitGo
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, Travel Rule, and fraud prevention measures
- Experience managing teams and driving operational delivery in a tech-focused environment
