Job Summary
Leading the expansion of gaming verticals, the full-time remote General Manager of Games will own the P&L for the games portfolio, define strategic roadmaps, and manage vendor relationships to drive revenue across social sweepstakes casinos, collectibles, and parimutuel-powered games.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for games businesses, defining strategy and roadmap for growth
- Lead product direction for the games portfolio, prioritizing the roadmap and championing player experience
- Manage relationships with game studios and vendors, optimizing commercial agreements and conducting business reviews
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in iGaming or social/sweepstakes casino, with 3+ years in a GM or product leadership role
- Demonstrated P&L ownership in a gaming or digital consumer business
- Deep knowledge of casino content and game mechanics, with experience in the sweepstakes model preferred
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in gaming KPIs and business case development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
