Job Summary

As the commercial leader of the Keepr product family, the full-time remote General Manager will drive demand generation, revenue growth, and customer experience while overseeing product innovation strategy, market share, and margin performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product innovation strategy and roadmap, identifying new product opportunities and supporting launch strategies
  • Optimize forecasting, cost management, and revenue for product go-to-market strategies while enhancing customer lifetime value through subscriptions and new services
  • Lead product development activities from conceptualization to launch, ensuring the creation of necessary support materials and brand-building initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Experience in General Management or New Product launches within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and achieving product-market fit
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Expertise in scaling disruptive consumer brands and establishing a strong brand image
  • Ability to manage an annual operating and investment budget while tracking key performance indicators
