General Manager of Platform
Job Summary
Owning the P&L for the Platform business, the full-time General Manager of Platform will manage sales, implementation, and technical account management functions to drive revenue growth and ensure client success in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the entire P&L, including revenue, cost to serve, and contribution margin
- Manage the operating cadence, including pipeline reviews and performance metrics
- Lead hiring and development of function leads while ensuring accountability for their respective metrics
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership with P&L or revenue ownership
- Proven track record in managing managers and hiring high-caliber talent
- Extensive background in payments, including card issuing and embedded finance
- Technical credibility to engage with clients' CTOs and internal engineers
- Strong numerical skills, particularly in unit economics related to client costs
