Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager, New Product Commercialization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies for market expansion, sales enablement, and customer adoption
  • Build and implement frameworks for launching and commercializing new products
  • Lead the execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, defining milestones and success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in product commercialization or GTM strategy, preferably in high-growth SaaS
  • In-depth experience in FinTech and/or HR Tech industries
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling new products successfully
  • Strong leadership skills with a strategic and data-driven approach
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally with various teams for product launches
