Job Summary
A company is looking for a General Manager, New Product Commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for market expansion, sales enablement, and customer adoption
- Build and implement frameworks for launching and commercializing new products
- Lead the execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, defining milestones and success metrics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product commercialization or GTM strategy, preferably in high-growth SaaS
- In-depth experience in FinTech and/or HR Tech industries
- Proven track record of launching and scaling new products successfully
- Strong leadership skills with a strategic and data-driven approach
- Extensive experience working cross-functionally with various teams for product launches
