General Manager of Telehealth

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day operations of Gifthealth's GLP-1 telehealth program, the full-time General Manager of Telehealth will manage clinical partnerships, oversee the patient journey, and ensure compliance with operational metrics in a hybrid remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the GLP-1 telehealth program from launch onward
• Serve as the primary owner of the clinical partnership with SteadyMD, managing performance and escalations
• Define, track, and continuously improve operational metrics to enhance patient treatment adherence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MPH, or MHA preferred
• 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, digital health, or telehealth, with leadership experience
• Strong working knowledge of state telehealth regulations and prior authorization workflows
• Demonstrated experience managing clinical vendor or provider group relationships
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance across distributed or cross-functional groups
