Job Summary

- Develop overall strategy, business development, and clinical strategy for MDLive and Workplace Care
- Ensure market-leading clinical outcomes and differentiated provider and patient experiences
- Drive talent strategy to attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare
- Strong financial acumen and P&L experience
- In-depth knowledge of payer and provider landscape
- Demonstrated success in change-intensive environments
