Job Summary

Leading the Professional Development Academy, the full-time General Manager, Professional Development will oversee business strategy, manage operations, and drive revenue growth through partnerships while working remotely or from designated office locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Set strategy and manage operations, programs, and team as a full P&L owner
  • Identify and develop new partnerships to grow revenue with associations, government agencies, and academic partners
  • Expand the program portfolio by evaluating new offerings and markets to enhance brand reach and impact
Required qualifications
  • Significant leadership experience with P&L responsibility in a business unit or organization
  • Proven success in growing revenue through partnerships
  • Experience in leadership development, professional education, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the government or public-sector market
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
