General Manager Reserve Business

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GM of Reserve Business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the P&L for the Reserve business, defining and executing a growth strategy
• Drive customer acquisition and optimize the customer journey from discovery to returns
• Lead the product and technology roadmap in partnership with engineering teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, or general management roles
• Proven experience owning a business line or P&L with a strong understanding of revenue drivers
• Strong track record of driving growth and executing cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams on customer-facing features
• Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action
