General Manager, VPN Business

Job Summary

Owning the business and driving growth, the full-time remote General Manager, VPN Business will manage the P&L, set strategic direction, and build a high-performing team while partnering with shared-service teams to achieve monetization and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the business P&L, including revenue, operating expenses, and overall performance
• Develop and implement growth strategies, product direction, and operational models
• Build and lead a core team while collaborating with shared-service functions for optimal outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consumer technology, mobile apps, SaaS, or related digital businesses with leadership responsibilities
• Proven track record of owning a P&L and driving significant revenue and profitability outcomes
• Strong understanding of consumer mobile economics, including subscriptions and retention metrics
• Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams and hiring key talent
• High AI fluency with a habit of leveraging AI for improved decision-making and outcomes
