Job Summary
A company is looking for a GM, Wholesale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategy, operating plans, and growth targets for assigned business units
- Own end-to-end P&L responsibility, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability
- Build and manage annual and quarterly forecasts; identify risks and opportunities and course-correct as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a GM or senior operator role within an e-commerce or consumer brand
- At least 2 years of experience in a rigorous analytical environment, such as consulting or private equity
- Demonstrated P&L ownership in a multi-channel retail or consumer business
- Deep understanding of e-commerce growth levers: acquisition, conversion, retention, merchandising, pricing, and inventory
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and align teams
