General Manager, Workforce

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and commercial performance of Delinea's Workforce portfolio, the full-time General Manager, Workforce will drive growth and execution across product direction, market narrative, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance and P&L of the Workforce portfolio, focusing on ARR growth and revenue retention
• Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for Workforce solutions, translating customer demand into prioritized business cases
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution on Workforce priorities, influencing decision-making across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, GM, or commercial leadership roles in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role with accountability for business outcomes and product strategy
• Deep understanding of enterprise security buyers and experience with PAM, IAM, or related cybersecurity domains
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into strategy and commercial execution
• Strong commercial orientation with experience in pipeline management and business planning
