General Manager Workload

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and commercial performance of the Workload portfolio, the full-time General Manager, Workload will lead product direction and market positioning for machine identities and machine-to-machine communications in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial performance of the Workload portfolio, focusing on ARR growth and revenue retention
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Workload solutions, translating market demands into prioritized use cases
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business priorities and successful go-to-market execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, GM, commercial leadership, or related roles in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role with accountability for business outcomes and product strategy
• Deep understanding of enterprise developer and security buyer personas
• Experience in machine identity, secrets management, or cloud workload security
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across various functions in a matrixed organization
