General Manager, Zoom Spaces

Job Summary

Leading the commercial strategy for Zoom Spaces, the full-time remote General Manager will manage P&L, define and execute growth initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance hybrid work solutions and AI-driven innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Owning the complete P&L for Zoom Spaces, including revenue, margin, and investment distribution
• Defining and executing commercial strategies to expand into new buyer centers and improve platform attachment initiatives
• Partnering with sales teams to develop enablement strategies and support strategic deployment initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology with significant P&L management experience
• Proven track record in growing businesses in hybrid work and workplace technology sectors
• Expertise in hardware and AV ecosystems, including OEM partnerships and channel strategies
• Experience in commercializing AI or product-led growth strategies
• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
