Generalist Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Generalist Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage the full-cycle recruiting process across engineering, ops, growth, mission success, and sales, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while building strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

Key responsibilities:

• Source high-signal candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and passive outreach while managing 8-15 concurrent requisitions
• Synchronize with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain feedback loops throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize Ashby to manage candidate data and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and commercial functions
• Hands-on fluency with Ashby or comparable ATS for pipeline configuration and workflow automation
• Experience recruiting for engineering, ops, growth, mission success, and sales roles
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to assess candidate motivation and mitigate late-stage drop-off risk
• Familiarity with niche or cleared talent pools and comfort with ambiguity in a startup or high-growth environment
