Generative AI Architect

Job Summary

To support innovative AI solutions, the long-term contract Generative AI Architect will design and develop applications that generate code and enhance operations through generative AI frameworks while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications that automatically generate code and web applications using generative AI
• Enhance contact center operations by integrating generative AI solutions to improve customer experience and efficiency
• Conduct research and development to explore new AI techniques and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; or 15+ years of equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI implementations
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong understanding of Python and ability to quickly learn new frameworks
