Job Summary

To enhance its AI visual production capabilities, the full-time remote Generative AI Design Specialist will design advanced workflows, produce high-fidelity visuals for marketing campaigns, and analyze visual trends to create tailored AI-generated content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced, repeatable node-based workflows for production stability and style consistency
• Produce high-fidelity photorealistic visuals optimized for performance marketing campaigns
• Analyze visual trends and audience data to tailor AI-generated content for specific target groups

Required qualifications

• Background in design, photography, or visual production with expertise in professional lighting and composition
• 2+ years of hands-on experience producing commercial marketing assets using generative AI tools
• Mastery of modern generative AI tools and experience building custom workflows with visual coding interfaces
• Proven experience with LoRA training and dataset preparation
• Strong portfolio of AI-generated visuals demonstrating photorealistic quality and high-end visual sensibility
