Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of a secure and scalable Generative AI platform, the full-time Gen AI Developer Specialist will design, build, and operate production-grade LLM applications on AWS while ensuring compliance and performance in regulated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a secure, scalable Generative AI platform on AWS, focusing on production-grade LLM applications
• Manage the full platform lifecycle, including architecture, deployment, operations, and continuous performance improvements
• Establish operational frameworks for observability, security controls, compliance, and cost optimization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI systems
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation techniques, including hallucination detection and factual accuracy
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, such as fairness and transparency
• Proficiency in Python and experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Expertise in cloud ML platforms and financial services
