Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the ED&A team, the full-time Generative AI Engineer will design and implement agentic AI solutions, engage with marketing stakeholders to address business needs, and develop autonomous AI agents, all while working remotely within the Eastern Time Zone or from the New York office.

Key responsibilities

• Design and integrate end-to-end AI solutions using Dataiku's platform and various agent orchestration frameworks
• Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements and develop tailored AI solutions that address both stated needs and underlying issues
• Build and evaluate autonomous AI agents, ensuring effective integration and performance monitoring across systems

Required qualifications

• Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience in building agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration
• Familiarity with modern agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph and OpenAI Agents SDK
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and their applications
• Experience in web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; knowledge of Vue.js and Node.js is preferred
• Exposure to AI evaluation practices and monitoring model performance in production environments
