Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with learning experience designers to create and validate training materials
• Review and provide feedback on program outlines and AI-generated content for accuracy
• Support the creation of technical assets and coordinate hands-on project development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Generative AI engineering tools and services
• 2+ years of experience in technical training or learning & development
• Understanding of responsible AI practices and bias mitigation
• Experience with MLOps principles and Azure AI services
