Generative AI Scientist

Job Summary

Focused on Model Risk and Responsible AI, the full-time Generative AI Scientist will deliver solutions to identify payment integrity issues and enhance healthcare quality by conducting model validation, monitoring, and applying AI/ML expertise in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver solutions to help clients reduce healthcare costs and improve outcomes through model validation and monitoring
• Conduct independent assessments of existing models for effectiveness and manage model drift for risk management
• Drive improvements in model monitoring activities, including model registration and metadata management

Required qualifications

• Graduate Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Operations Research
• 1+ years of hands-on data science/AI experience with tools like pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Experience with natural language processing techniques and deploying LLMs using tools such as HuggingFace and OpenAI
• Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Apache Spark and large-scale distributed datasets
