Job Summary
Leading optimization efforts for AI-powered search experiences, the full-time remote Generative AI & SEO Strategist will enhance visibility and drive organic marketing-qualified leads through advanced SEO and AI search strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Protect and grow search-driven pipeline by optimizing and implementing GEO and SEO strategy
- Own and execute Smarsh's global SEO, GEO, and AI search strategy to increase organic visibility across digital channels
- Analyze citation share data and conduct ongoing competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and improve market share
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital strategy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B search engine optimization, preferably in SaaS and financial services
- Proven record of driving measurable pipeline impact from organic and AI-optimized search strategies
- Deep understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-powered search behaviors
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SEO platforms and strong knowledge of structured data markup for AI discoverability
