Generative Search Manager

Job Summary

To advance Client Search and AEO capabilities within the Reputation & Research team, the full-time Generative Search & Reputation Manager will plan and implement SEO and AI Search strategies, manage vendor relationships, and provide data-driven insights while working remotely across the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement comprehensive SEO and AI Search strategies aligned with Client reputation and public policy priorities
• Own the ongoing monitoring and refinement of Search and AEO performance infrastructure and create actionable performance reports for stakeholders
• Manage relationships with SEO and AEO vendors and coordinate multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in SEO and AI Search/Answer Engine Optimization
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
• Strong analytical skills and experience presenting data to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing external vendors and contractors
