Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Generator Outage Planning Engineer will manage generator outage mitigation planning, interface with cross-functional teams, and analyze operational data to develop recommendations for emergent issues.
Key responsibilities
- Support installed base activities, including customer issue resolution and outage management
- Develop specialized knowledge and contribute to strategy and policy development within the area of responsibility
- Utilize technical expertise for data analysis and decision-making related to operational and product management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in generator outages, design, or repair
- In-depth knowledge of best practices and integration with other areas
- Ability to lead small projects and influence colleagues
- Experience in data analysis to support operational recommendations
- Awareness of technical developments in the field
