Job Summary
A company is looking for a Generator Parts Purchaser to support field operations by ensuring timely availability of generator parts and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and process incoming generator parts and stock requests
- Source generator parts and materials from approved suppliers and process purchase requests
- Maintain accurate documentation and track order status while communicating updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Experience in parts purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Preferred experience with generator, mechanical, or electrical parts
- Ability to accurately process purchase orders and validate part requests
- Experience coordinating with vendors regarding pricing and availability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement or inventory systems
