Job Summary

Seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Generics Sales Specialist, the full-time position will manage sales within a targeted territory of retail pharmacy customers, utilizing data-driven insights and consultative sales methods to drive growth and establish long-term partnerships, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive generic sales and achieve established weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive territory coverage plan leveraging data and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies and support customer performance initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in generics
  • Proven ability to foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Solid understanding of sales management principles and strategic sales methodologies
  • Experience using technology and platforms like Salesforce for managing customer information
