Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genesys AI Specialist to design and implement AI-driven customer experience solutions within the Genesys Cloud CX platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-powered CX solutions on Genesys Cloud
  • Develop and optimize Digital Bots and AI Studio solutions
  • Integrate AI solutions with Genesys Architect flows, APIs, and external systems
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX contact center solutions
  • Solid experience with Genesys Cloud AI Studio, including AI Guides and Agentic Virtual Agents
  • Proven experience in Digital Bots development, including design and performance optimization
  • Strong expertise in Genesys Architect and integration of AI capabilities
  • Programming experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
