Job Summary
A company is looking for a Genesys AI Specialist to design and implement AI-driven customer experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered CX solutions on Genesys Cloud
- Develop and optimize Digital Bots and AI Studio solutions
- Integrate AI solutions with Genesys Architect flows, APIs, and external systems
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX contact center solutions
- Solid experience with Genesys Cloud AI Studio, including AI Guides and Agentic Virtual Agents
- Proven experience in Digital Bots development, including design and performance optimization
- Strong expertise in Genesys Architect and integration of bots into Architect flows
- Programming experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
