Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud CX3 Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end to end customer journey flow creation in Genesys Architect
Provide technical guidance to developers on IVR flows, bot flows, backend and AI integrations, and routing
Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud Architect hands-on build and implementation
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and NLU/NLP technologies
Preferred Bachelor's Degree
Genesys certifications (e.g. GCX-GCP, GCX-GCD) are highly desirable
Not required to have any specific certifications/licenses
