A company is looking for a Software Engineer III (Genesys Developer).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Genesys cloud platform for 24/7 contact center operations
Architect, design, and integrate AI applications with the Genesys Cloud platform via API
Develop technical documentation and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot platform issues

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with the Genesys cloud platform and contact center operations
5+ years of software development experience
Experience in developing technical documentation and job aids
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Desired: IT admin experience with Aspect/Alvaria workforce management systems and/or Intradiem
