Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer III (Genesys Developer).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Genesys cloud platform for 24/7 contact center operations
• Architect, design, and integrate AI applications with the Genesys Cloud platform via API
• Develop technical documentation and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve platform issues

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with the Genesys cloud platform and contact center operations
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience in developing technical documentation and job aids
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Desired: IT admin experience with Aspect/Alvaria workforce management systems and/or Intradiem
