Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Engineer III (Genesys Developer) to manage and optimize their Genesys cloud platform for contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Genesys cloud platform for reliable 24/7 contact center operations
- Architect, design, and integrate AI applications with the Genesys Cloud platform via API
- Develop technical documentation and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot platform issues
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Genesys cloud platform and contact center operations
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience in developing technical documentation and job aids
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Desired: IT admin experience with Aspect/Alvaria workforce management systems and/or Intradiem
